With the blessings of Bishop Delgado a new Fellowship of Third Order Franciscans is being formed.  This will be a complimentary community with our First Order Brethren and other Oblates-at-large.  Br. If you would be interested in a Chapter Meeting is fall or early winter please contact Bishop Delgado.  You can contact him on Facebook at "Jose Delgado" or you can email him at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .  Bishop Delgado would like to have the meeting at our friary in Puerto Rico; however, he needs to know how many are interested and when would be the best time for you (October, November, December).
 
Formation PDF Print E-mail

The second step in our formation is reading biographies on St. Francis. Fray Jose (our Spiritual Father) recommends we read "The Life of St. Francis" by St. Bonaventure and Thomas de Celano. Both books are available at Amazon.

Another step in our formation is having a "spiritual director". Each one of us should have a qualified person in our life that can help us with spiritual discernment and direction. If you desire a spiritual director and can not find one, please contact Bishop Delgado (our Spiritual Father) or Br. John-David.

Supposedly, St. Francis once told his fellow brothers - "Preach the Gospel and if necessary use words." This is living the Gospel.
